Calling all Everett Lovers!!! We need volunteers for the local arrangements committee for our 2026 Conference in Everett, WA. This committee will meet monthly with the Vice President and one or two other executive board members in August-October of 2026 to plan and arrange some fun outings for attendees during this year’s conference. The purpose of this committee is to administer, review, and award PNAIRP's annual Travel Grants to members planning to attend the current year's conference. These funds are allocated to PNAIRP members by the Travel Grant Committee to help offset any expenses related to the conference (i.e., registration, transportation, lodging, meals, etc.). This committee meets monthly from July to September to review applications and allocate funds. Interested in learning more about PNAIRP's budget? Join the 2026 Audit Committee and help ensure PNAIRP's goal of financial transparency and accountability (no prior audit/accounting experience is necessary). The Audit Committee meets during the 2026 Conference (Thursday Lunch) to review the previous fiscal year’s finances and treasurer’s book. The Site-Selection Committee is responsible for the review and selection process of the upcoming year's annual conference location and venue. This committee works with PNAIRP's Vice President to review venue proposals, visit potential sites, and present final recommendations to the Executive Committee. This committee typically convenes once a month between the months of June to August. In October, a call will go out for volunteers to help during the conference. We will be looking for volunteers to help with registration, moderating sessions, hosting discussions/panels and leading dinner groups.
